WELCOME

2nd Graders of 2026-2027

I am so excited! This year will be full of new things to learn and adventures to be had.

A little about me:

 I have always lived in Wichita, KS and grew up in the St. Francis of Assisi Parish. I have been married to my husband, Brendan, for almost 2 years.

Before teaching 2nd grade at Christ the King, I taught 3rd grade at St. Margaret Mary, Wichita for 6 years. This will be my 8th year teaching 2nd grade. 

My favorite things to do are go for a walk, be out in nature, photography, horse-back-riding, read, listen to music, cook and play games. 

My husband and I enjoy traveling too. He has introduced me to F1, NASCAR, and IndyCar racing.

This past summer I was able to travel to Dallas, TX to visit relatives and watch a World Cup game, Australia versus Egypt. It was a very cool experience! My family, my husband and I also went to Branson, Missouri for vacation and while we were there, we went to Silver Dollar City, swam and road on a boat. We also went to St. Louis, Missouri to see my first IndyCar race! 

The summer was full of fun adventures and many good memories. I can't wait to hear about yours!

We are all on a journey, or mission, for God. He has given us many things to help us reach our ultimate goal: HEAVEN
